I love this product and I take it regularly. I have taken while I was pregnant with both of my kids, since I did not just want the regular DHA and they are pretty smart kids. My dad also takes it and states an alert mind, improved blood pressure and higher levels of energy throughout the day. It also helps with depression big time. Overall great and worth the price.
